On April 10, 2023, the production base of GNERI, with a total investment of 50 million yuan, was officially put into operation. The production base has one standard factory building, nearly 80,000 square meters of production and manufacturing workshops, and can produce 11.56 million solar products annually.

The production base of GNERI is located in Aoziping, Yuzhong County, Lanzhou, Gansu. It is an important base for the solar energy industrialization of GNERI in Lanzhou, injecting new impetus into the development of the solar energy industry in Lanzhou, Gansu.

In the production workshop of the production base, there is a bustling scene. The fully automatic flexible solar energy production line has the characteristics of high efficiency and quality. The machines are busy, the mechanical arms are constantly waving and welding, and the workers are busy loading and unloading materials.

The production base of GNERI is a cooperative project between our company and GNERI. In June 2021, the project began construction and decoration of the factory building on the self owned land of GNERI, and the purchase of a fully automatic flexible solar energy production line, involving the production of over 300 sets of main and auxiliary equipment. The project was put into trial production in November 2022 and has now achieved mass production. Its main products include solar modules, solar street lights, portable solar chargers, solar power banks, etc.

According to He Wei, the person in charge of the production base, the production base adopts the most advanced fully automatic flexible production line in the solar energy industry, which has the characteristics of flexible product types, high production efficiency, and stable product quality. The products we produce have stable quality, high cost-effectiveness, and strong market competitiveness.

With the development of the solar energy industry, production bases are paying more attention to the efficient operation of production lines and product quality control. In the future, the production base will also build a second phase project to meet more demand for solar energy products.
